Please read this before you think about making a usergroup suggestion. I'll make it plain and simple. Unless we absolutely direly need to usergroup or it is an excellent thing to add, we won't add it. We aren't adding new usergroups every day for five members to be in to feel special. So please, don't suggest them, because the thread will just be closed and denied.
